How long will it take for me to receive my parcel?

If you Located in UK and DE, the delivery time is 3-5 working days. If you located in other Europe country, the delivery time is 5-7 working days.

How should I contact customer service?

Can you send products to other European countries?

Currently we can deliver to France, Italy, Spain and Ireland, but there will be a 15 GBP shipping fee for delivery to the above countries.

How do I return the product?

Before you return the product, please contact our customer service first, after the selected pickup time, we will arrange pickup and return for you.

I sent you a message via live chat but didn't got reply, or only got one reply?
